| WavSource.com strives
to provide the best free sound bites and editorial
reviews of television shows on the Internet. The site contains over 2,800 free
TV sound clips in wav format from over 80 TV programs and an
editorial review of each show. The audio files are chosen based mostly on
two criteria: (1) their ability to capture the spirit of the TV show or some
pertinent aspect of the show, thereby enhancing the editorial reviews, and
(2) their ability to be utilized for certain computer or cell phone based
functions, such as ringtones or computer system events like start-up or
shut-down. Many of the wav sounds at WavSource are particularly useful as
cell phone ring tones.
